Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evince Garments Limited is looking for a suitable candidate as a form of “Area Manager” for setting of sales and operational goals and expectations, and then ensuring that those goals and expectations are achieved through regular monitoring.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
∎ Monitor store-level sales performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Work closely with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and events.
∎ Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to SOPs.
∎ Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
∎ Address operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
∎ Oversee the implementation of customer service standards across all stores.
∎ Analyze customer feedback and work with store teams to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Address and resolve escalated customer issues effectively and promptly.
