Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day plan and smooth operation of the Project.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual plan (operational and promotional) and budget.
∎ Conduct regular meetings (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) with project staffs & project stakeholders.
∎ Regular field visit to ensure monitoring of PEPSEP activities as per project plan.
∎ Smooth coordination with District/Upazila health administration, LGIs and hospital management.
∎ Day to day trouble shooting and take immediate initiatives to solve the problems.
∎ Prepare quarterly/annual training/orientation plan for the staffs development.
∎ Provide hands on training for the PEPSEP project staffs.
∎ Conduct mobilization activity in the field and support to field team.
∎ Conduct day to day admin task & regular coordination with DAM's Health Sector project team.
∎ Ensure project purchase, procurement with the assistance of Finance & Admin Officer.
∎ Ensure accounts related task and preserve all accounts as per office/project rules.
∎ Ensure timely payment of bills, VAT, tax etc.
∎ Monitor & Maintain all office files, registers, documents.
∎ Communicate with hospital/lab owner/manager for Voucher scheme operation timely & smoothly.
∎ Weekly/monthly visit for checking and updating voucher scheme & financial documents.
∎ Willingness to perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be required and agreed with between the post-holder and senior management.
∎ Holds self-accountability for making decisions, managing resources efficiently to achieve org values.
∎ Creates bonding among the project staffs to lead and maintain organization mission, vision & values.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years working experiences in health management and advocacy. Experience in implementing health project for below poverty level (BPL) people and health financing will be given preference.
∎ Computer literacy (Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) is must.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
