- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
- After completing the training and achieving the B1 certification, candidates must be willing to work as an Instructor at the company for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured German language training programs (A1, A2 & B1 levels) to enhance proficiency.
- After completing the trainee period, transition into a full-time role as a German Language Instructor for locations outside Dhaka.
- Assist senior instructors during classes, workshops, and practical sessions.
- Support student engagement and guide classroom activities.
- Prepare and review lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources.
- Attend internal training sessions and periodic performance evaluations.
