Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant qualifications in artificial intelligence, computing, information technology, multimedia, education, marketing or related subjects will be an advantage.

• At least two years of relevant practical experience preferred. Candidates with a strong portfolio and excellent teaching ability may be considered with less experience.

• Practical experience using AI tools to complete projects and the ability to provide hands-on AI training are essential. Preferred NSDA Trainer level- 4

• Candidates with demonstrated expertise in AI and automation will be given preference.

• Experience in training, mentoring or supporting beginner learners will be an advantage.

• Relevant freelance, professional and independently developed projects will be considered.

• Age At least 24 years

• Deliver hands-on training in AI and digital skills in clear, accessible Bangla, providing basic computer support where needed.

• Teach practical AI literacy, effective prompting, evaluation of AI outputs and responsible AI use.

• Demonstrate how AI tools and automation can support learning, content creation, productivity and real-world problem-solving.

• Prepare lesson plans, exercises and project milestones suited to learners’ starting abilities and the two-month course duration.

• Teach the complete AI-assisted video production process, from planning and scripting to editing and final export.

• Guide learners in building, testing and demonstrating functional apps or tools using AI-assisted coding or no-code/low-code platforms.

• Teach website development or digital marketing within the trainer’s area of expertise, and identify where specialist support is needed.

• Introduce practical automation workflows, including checking results and using appropriate human review.

• Teach learners to verify factual claims, protect personal information and use third-party content responsibly.

• Assess assignments and final projects, provide feedback, and maintain attendance and progress records.

• Help learners document their work and develop a portfolio.

• Support the Foundation’s promotional content when required, with training delivery remaining the primary responsibility.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Ability to explain AI concepts in simple Bangla and teach beginners how to use AI tools effectively.

• Practical skills in writing and refining prompts, evaluating AI-generated outputs and correcting errors.

• Demonstrated ability to produce complete AI-assisted videos, including scripting, visuals, audio, editing and subtitles.

• Ability to build a functional app or tool, explain how it works, test its core features and troubleshoot problems.

• Strong practical skills in at least one of the following:

• Website development: Building and publishing functional, mobile-friendly websites.

• Digital marketing: Planning and delivering campaigns, creating content and measuring results.

• Ability to guide learners through practical exercises and help them understand their own projects.

• Ability to select affordable tools and plan projects within available equipment, subscriptions and learning time.

• Willingness to learn new AI tools and adapt teaching methods to learners’ needs.

Skill Bridgeway Foundation is an RJSC-registered non-profit organisation in Bangladesh, funded by a UK-based organisation. We are seeking a skilled AI & Digital Skills Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training for young people at our centre in Bogura. Preference will be given to candidates with strong practical expertise in artificial intelligence and automation who can effectively teach these skills to beginners.

JOB CONTEXT

The trainer will deliver a three months, project-based course for young people, including beginners with limited digital experience. The course will focus on understanding and applying AI tools to creative work, practical problem-solving and everyday tasks.

The course aims to help learners:

• Understand the capabilities and limitations of AI, write effective prompts and verify AI-generated outputs.

• Produce a complete 5–10-minute video using AI-assisted scripting, visuals, voiceover, editing and subtitles.

• Build, test and demonstrate a useful app or digital tool that addresses a real user’s needs.

• Complete a practical project in AI-assisted website development or digital marketing, according to the agreed learning pathway.

• Apply simple automation workflows to everyday tasks or small-business needs.

Salary: BDT 35,000–45,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications
