Proven working experience 3 years in a similar role.
Qualified or Partly qualified CMA / CA.
Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
In-depth understanding of cash flow management.
Hands-on experience with budgeting, risk and treasury management.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Leadership abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts department as per the company policies.
Formulation and implementation of applicable accounting policies and processes including accounting of transactions in the general ledger.
Supervise and lead the accounts and finance department.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Build and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
Oversee and review accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.
Present financial issues to the Management for review and decision.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities within the scope.
Preparation of the quarterly and yearly budget of the company, variance analysis and actual cash flow reporting on monthly basis.
Monitoring Internal Audit & Controlling.
