∎ B.Sc in Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Naval Architect from a reputed university.
∎ MBA in Marketing will be treated as an added qualification.

Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the sales of end to end construction solutions and provide EPC solutions.
∎ Achieve target of selling, develop and validate of annual business plan of all products and services of the organization.
∎ Establish pricing strategies; recommend selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project/ongoing engineering related works.
∎ Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
∎ Continually monitor the market development, competitive activities and review the strategies, look for opportunities to penetrate new market and enhance service.
∎ Proper Co-operation & communication with related in-house departments including Design & Estimation, Production, Erection and Finance etc.
∎ Understand competitor business strategies and how it compare and contrast with product and services.
∎ Develop and maintain effective relationship with existing and new customers in order to improve market share.
∎ Ensure standard procedures & processes including required use of ERP Software (MIS).
∎ Provide best support services and ensure customer complaints are deal within a scheduled time frame.
∎ Ensure proper reporting e.g. Weekly/Monthly Visit Plan, Monthly Sales Volume, Quarterly Sales and Achievement against Target etc. as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to explain to the customers about technical specification of product to enhance sales drive and improve sales volume.
∎ Able to handle complaints from the clients and satisfy them logically.
∎ Self-Motivated and willing to work on targets.
∎ Business to Business selling experience (B2B) & (B2C)
∎ IT proficiency - MUST be good in MS Office package (Especially, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Strong analytical ability, planning, presentation skill, negotiation skill, computer literacy, ability to work under stress, able to travel extensively and team player mentality.
