🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Affiliate Monitoring

• Daily call report collect ও verify করা

• CRM activity track করা

• Demo scheduling monitor করা

2️⃣ Performance Tracking

• Weekly KPI report তৈরি করা

• Low performing affiliate identify করা

• Improvement coaching দেওয়া

3️⃣ Demo & Closing Coordination

• Demo smooth execution নিশ্চিত করা

• Closing stage follow-up করা

• Conversion ratio analyze করা

4️⃣ Reporting to CEO

• Daily summary

• Weekly performance dashboard

• Monthly revenue projection

🔹 Required Skills:

• SaaS / Software Sales understanding

• CRM ব্যবহারে দক্ষ

• Strong follow-up mindset

• Data-driven thinking

• Team handling experience

✅ Salary Structure

1. Base Salary: 15000-25000 Taka

2. Monthly Incentive: 2% on Total Sales Revenue (Team Generated)

3. Higher Performance Bonus

4. Quarterly Revenue Bonus
