Advertising & Promotion, Client Service/ Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing) , Market Research
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting research on products, services, locations and target market then run and manage online ads on given budget accordingly.
∎ Understanding the business goals of our clients, their customers and translate that knowledge into an effective marketing strategy.
∎ Creating effective ad copy and instructing the creative team to create ad media for social media ads.
∎ Creating target audiences for each ads based on their target market, location and their behavior.
∎ Creating marketing campaigns for products, services and events.
∎ Checking quality and quantity of leads against money spent on online ads on a daily basis.
∎ Making analysis report for each ad metrics on a daily basis and improve ads accordingly.
∎ Constantly improving ads to achieve the very best results at the lowest cost.
∎ Creating and managing event ads to get prospective clients on the event.
∎ Submitting monthly analysis report of all online ads against each sales.
∎ Communicating with sales team for feedback to better understand client's quality against ads.
∎ Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommended implementation plan
∎ Prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders, create project plans, determine level of effort, and keep to milestones within the plans.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
∎ Must have core marketing skills.
∎ Must have analytical skills.
∎ Candidates with the knowledge of Google Analytics or Facebook Ad Analytics would get preference.
∎ Must have an exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, time management skills and detail-oriented.
∎ Must have solid problem-solving skills to identify multiple approaches for creating a solution and/or identifying when something could be resolved more effectively
∎ Must be an advanced user of different social media platforms.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on social media trends and market research.
∎ Must have a vast knowledge in online marketing and advertising.
∎ Must have good knowledge on Microsoft office suite.
∎ Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
∎ MUST BE EXCELLENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Tour allowance, Provident fund, T/A
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Annual Leave up to 21 days and Sick Leave up to 10 days
