Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Admission Guidance:Assist students in identifying suitable academic programs and institutions in Europe based on their qualifications, preferences, and career goals.
∎ Manage and review application documents, ensuring they meet the admission criteria of target institutions.
∎ Coordinate with universities and colleges in Europe regarding admission requirements, deadlines, and updates.
∎ Visa Processing:Provide comprehensive guidance on the visa application process for various European countries, including document preparation and compliance with consulate requirements.
∎ Act as a liaison between clients and embassy/consulate offices, ensuring timely submission of visa applications.
∎ Stay updated on changes in visa policies and regulations for European countries.
∎ Documentation and Review:Verify all submitted documents, such as academic transcripts, language proficiency scores, financial statements, and travel documents.Ensure all documents meet the specific requirements of both the institution and the visa-issuing authority.
∎ Client Support:Conduct one-on-one consultations to address queries and concerns regarding the admission and visa process.Provide ongoing support to clients until their admission and visa process is successfully completed.
∎ Liaison and Networking:Build and maintain relationships with European universities, embassies, and relevant organizations.Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote services and network with stakeholders.
∎ Compliance and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of client applications and visa processes.Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout the admission and visa process.
∎ Prepare periodic reports on application success rates and other relevant metrics.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Experience in student counseling, international education, or visa processing (preferably Europe-focused).In-depth knowledge of European higher education systems and visa requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office and database management tools.Multilingual abilities (preferred but not mandatory).
