Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Possess a sound knowledge of the admission processes of renowned universities in the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada.
∎ 2. Demonstrate expertise in the visa application process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation.
∎ 3. Stay up-to-date with the entry requirements and eligibility criteria of various universities and programs.
∎ 4. Maintain regular and effective communication with students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process.
∎ 5. Monitor and track the progress of students' admission applications, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
∎ 6. Collaborate with university representatives and admissions offices to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
∎ 7. Conduct research on education trends and updates to enhance the quality of services provided by Education@.
∎ 8. Coordinate with other team members to organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
∎ 9. Maintain accurate and updated records of student profiles, application materials, and correspondence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Proven experience working in student admissions or a related field within the education sector.
∎ 2. Extensive knowledge of the admission processes of universities in the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada.
∎ 3. Familiarity with visa application procedures and requirements.
∎ 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and university representatives.
∎ 5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ 6. Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling and maintaining student records and documentation.
∎ 7. Proficiency in using relevant software and databases for admissions and student management.
∎ 8. A passion for international education and a genuine desire to assist students in achieving their educational goals.
