Job Context: H&H Global Education is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and target-driven professional to lead our Student Recruitment & Admissions Team in Sylhet. This is a managerial position responsible for driving student recruitment, overseeing counseling operations, managing admissions processing, and coordinating closely with the Dhaka Head Office and UK Management Team.
The selected candidate will also provide recruitment and operational support to the Habiganj branch.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and manage the multi-destination student counseling and recruitment team
Drive student enrollment and achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets
Take ownership of student final conversion, guiding students and parents throughout their study abroad journey
Provide professional counseling for multiple study destinations, with a strong focus on European countries
Oversee and supervise complete A–Z student processing, including:
Student counseling
University applications
Offer follow-up
Documentation
Visa processing and submission
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all student files
Coordinate closely with the Dhaka office and UK Management Team for operational and recruitment matters
Support and guide the Habiganj branch counseling team when required
Maintain strong relationships and professional communication with students, parents, partner universities, and internal teams
Train, mentor, and monitor counselors to improve performance and conversion outcomes
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the study abroad or education consultancy industry
Must have successfully handled 40+ European student files
Strong hands-on experience in multi-destination counseling
Proven expertise in A–Z admissions and visa processing
Additional Requirements:
Age: Preferred minimum 35 years for the Admission Manager role
Must currently reside in Sylhet (local candidates preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Candidates below 35 years of age may be considered for the position of Senior Student Recruitment Officer
Preferred Destination Experience: Candidates with experience in counseling for the following destinations will be highly preferred:
Europe: Italy, Sweden, Malta, Hungary
UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, South Korea, and other destinations
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
