Job Context:
∎ Based at Bangladesh Country Office, Dhaka
∎ Plan International Bangladesh is probing for an Administration Specialist to lead on delivering effective general administration and office support services for the country office and ensure appropriate work environment adherence to our policies and practices.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage BCO office premises maintenance and cleanliness (this includes office canteen and Baby Creche), manage office supplies, asset and equipment inventory, property contracts/leases and service contracts, and prepare Partnership Agreement/MOU
∎ Consolidates the annual budget for day to day operation and maintenance of country office, its programme and projects
∎ Manages three direct reports - one Officer-Front Desk and two Office Assistants.
∎ Internal communication requirement mostly with department heads, programme and project managers and other CO staff related to general logistics/administrative services at work place and during meetings and workshops.
∎ External communications required with vendors, suppliers, consultants and partner organization focal related to general logistics/administrative services, workshops and meetings within and outside venues.
∎ Coordinates and works with Divisional Offices, Cox's Bazar and project offices in the functional areas.
∎ May represent Plan International Bangladesh in areas of logistics, procurement with Govt, offices and other forums including partner organizations as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic team member who is competent in demonstrating the ability to understand and respect client's needs and satisfactions, being solution focused and capable to review processes towards improvement; excellent knowledge and understanding on the operating context in Bangladesh, relevant govt. policies related to general admin/ office support services.
∎ Three (03) years' experience in similar role in an INGO or with the private sector.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT. 85840 to 100000 (monthly, Cost to the company, based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
