Responsibilities & Context:
Next Bell Ltd. is a prominent digital marketing company that serves more than 70 countries worldwide. We are looking for a Admin cum Receptionists to support our daily administrative work and ensure a smooth workflow in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle front desk operations
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, and appointments, and maintain the calendar
- Maintain office records and support administrative tasks
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and documentation
- Handle office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with different departments for operational support
