Job Responsibilities:
∎ Person should be able to handle a medium scale office in multi discipline.
∎ All HR & Admin activities
∎ Candidate should be capable of handling all employee's personal management issues
∎ Issues related to employment laws
∎ Employee's welfare and grievances
∎ Company and employee's legal issues
∎ Handling outsiders and works outside the office
∎ Taxes and Legal work
∎ To be involved and responsible with all the activities related to the accounts with the guidance of superior.
∎ Responsible day to day Cash Management
∎ Cash collection from Bank/ Clients
∎ Prepare requisitions
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbarment/Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
∎ Prepare and maintaining reports & records
∎ Maintain Cash & bank-books
∎ Daily & Monthly Physical inventory of Cash/petty cash
∎ Forecasting and budgeting
∎ Maintain financial security by following internal controls.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Office Management
