∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Commerce

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given for experience candidates.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla and able to communicate in English will be added as advantage.
∎ Typing skills in Bangla is necessary
∎ Computer skills in MS office and MS Excel.
∎ Local community people will get the preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Petty cash maintain and update
∎ Daily Cash handling and cash denomination prepare at end of the working days
∎ Perform general banking
∎ Cheque writing and cash withdraw from bank as per approval and maintain cheque register
∎ Payment of bill with maintaining the of compliance of donor and MJF
∎ Checking bill vouchers
∎ Documentation and preservation of the all kind of bill voucher with safe custody
∎ Preparation of summary sheet / top sheet for bill voucher
∎ Follow the procurement process /steps according to financial policy and practice
∎ Prepare comparative statement (CS) and work order (WO) Request for quotation ( RFQ) and notes for record during local procurement
∎ Prepare vendor payment and process with timely manner.
∎ Issue the advance for project related activities and adjustment of advance with maintaining timeline
∎ Received TER from staff (Travel expenses report) and prepare TER summery and check according to the HR and FM policy.
∎ Bill register and advance register maintain and update.
∎ Support to the external and internal audit while perform
∎ Any other task as supervisor’s assign for official.
∎ Support for venue selection /hire for several workshop, seminar, training, exhibition & day observation.
∎ Contribute to the vendor selection process of vendor in CHT when require.
∎ Hire rent a car for project staff
∎ Motor cycle maintenance and log sheet check
∎ Maintain asset register and look after office asset and equipment’s
∎ Maintain courier and dispatch register
∎ Utilities bill payment with timely
∎ Official filling and contract preserve as ready reference
∎ Liaison with MJF head office admin and accounts when necessary
∎ Supervise office safety and cleaning
∎ Prepare summary for rent a car bill/invoice with by 15 days basis and will submit to H/O for bank transfer to the vendor.
∎ Store management
∎ Assist in organizing the venue.
∎ Assist to ensure Invitation & letter distribution.
∎ Assist to arrange & distribute the refreshment item during the event.
∎ Arrange logistic (stationery, food, vehicle, banner etc.) for Meeting/Workshop/Training/Seminar as and when require.
∎ Participants travel and honorarium payment.
∎ Office may assign for any other job as emergency basis beyond the above task as and when require and after office period.
