Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
Preparation of company’s profit & loss statements, balance sheet, and accounting books.
Data entry into accounting software.
Preparation of cheques, bank statements, and client bills.
Maintenance of daily cash vouchers and balance adjustments.
Handling all official bank-related work.
Proper documentation and filing for all overseas and local clients.
Creating and monitoring a system of controls, procedures, and forms.
Recording fixed asset acquisitions in the accounting system.
Verifying and following up on daily office expenses.
Monthly analysis of import & export statements.
Providing daily updates to management.
Preparing monthly ledgers for reporting purposes.
Collaborating with the team and performing any other assigned work.
