Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaign planning, execution, optimization এবং scaling করা, বিশেষভাবে Meta-র নতুন Andromeda (AI-driven ads system) অনুযায়ী।

• Broad audience strategy ব্যবহার করে AI-based ad delivery নিশ্চিত করা এবং unnecessary over-targeting এড়ানো।

• বিভিন্ন ধরনের creative variations (image, video, carousel, reels, copy) পরিকল্পনা ও টেস্ট করা, যাতে Andromeda AI সর্বোচ্চ performance বের করতে পারে।

• Creative-first advertising approach অনুসরণ করা—creative angle, hooks, messaging এবং format-এর উপর জোর দেওয়া।

• Meta Ads-এর Advantage+ (Shopping, Placements, Creative, Audience) ফিচারগুলো কার্যকরভাবে ব্যবহার করা।

• Campaign performance নিয়মিত analyze করা (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, Conversion Rate) এবং data-driven decision নেওয়া।

• A/B testing এবং creative testing framework তৈরি ও পরিচালনা করা।

• Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI) এবং event tracking সঠিকভাবে সেটআপ ও মনিটর করা।

• Algorithm learning phase বুঝে budget scaling ও optimization strategy তৈরি করা।

• Business goal অনুযায়ী lead generation, sales, brand awareness এবং remarketing strategy ডিজাইন করা।

• Ad fatigue, creative burnout ও performance drop হলে দ্রুত new creative direction ও solution দেওয়া।

• Weekly ও monthly performance report তৈরি করা এবং management-কে clear insights ও recommendations দেওয়া।

• Meta-র নতুন update, policy change এবং AI automation-এর সাথে always up-to-date থাকা।

Bonus Skills (থাকলে ভালো)

• E-commerce / Lead based business-এর জন্য proven Meta Ads experience

• Strong understanding of consumer psychology & funnel strategy

• Canva / basic video editing tool সম্পর্কে ধারণা

• Google Analytics বা third-party tracking tools ব্যবহার করার অভিজ্ঞতা
