Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ The Candidate must have an BBA /MBA/ Masters (major in Accounting) from well reputed Institution.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Must have good knowledge about ERP and TALLY
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Production Reporter, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Garments, Garments Accessories, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions and preparing of accounting statements.
∎ Ensure daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly financial Statements.
∎ Prepare and maintain requisition slips & bills.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day to day expenditures and closing cash books on daily basis.
∎ Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained.
∎ Prepare and check debit, credit and other vouchers.
∎ All payment voucher preparation, posting to register or software and take approval from management.
∎ Reconcile fund inflow from field, party balance & bank balance on monthly basis.
∎ To ensure timely payment of all Govt. dues, Agent/suppliers payments, Bank Installments, staff salaries, utility bills and any other payments.
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
∎ Tax and VAT related documents preparation and arrange to submit to authority.
∎ Having full knowledge to conduct internal and external audit from time to time.
∎ Maintain inventory system by supervising the records of all productive items & Acquisition of Fixed Assets.
∎ Monthly comprehensive analysis for financial charges & cost of production.
∎ Recording all transaction like Receive voucher, Payment voucher.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Computer applications i.e. MS Word, Excel, Power point etc
∎ Proficiency in Accounts Software (ERP). and Tally.
Salary: Negotiable
