Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Customer Service, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Working under pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Department including accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity;
∎ Prepare & maintain company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account, Tax and VAT management, etc.
∎ Responsible for preparation of monthly cash flow statements;
∎ Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cash book on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
∎ Responsible for monthly business performance analysis, reporting, review costing, and managing a budget;
∎ Maintain banking relationships and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly management & statutory accounts.
∎ Check Cash Book and Status of Physical Cash, Cash Summary, and Vouchers of all Expenses.
∎ Responsible for Checking and maintaining all kinds of Vouchers (e.g. Received Vouchers, Payment Vouchers, and Purchase Vouchers), Salary and Wages Sheets, and Petty Cash Statements of Factories.
∎ Monthly reconciliation of all inter-company transactions.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
