Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Civil from any reputed University/Institute with good academic back ground.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent of the project and plan accordingly.
∎ Should be experienced in supervision especially in construction of Double Basement work.
∎ To ensure progress of the construction work as per schedule.
∎ Will be responsible for site Supervision & Co-ordination.
∎ To have sharp knowledge in architectural drawing & Structural design.
∎ To Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.
∎ To Prepared Master, monthly, weekly, & daily work schedule and Budget.
∎ Finishing work Inspection and wastage management.
∎ Prepare Measurement Book & other site related documentation and to checked contractor's Running bill.
∎ To review the project plans & specifications and comments on the civil work.
∎ To setup company standard & care about client choice.
∎ Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with Clients as well as effectively lead the Project execution.
∎ Overall supervision Experience of project safety, security and quality.
∎ Have to take responsibilities to solve all the site related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Duty: Office & company side project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Double Basement with multi storied Residential Building, Shore Pile etc.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experiences in the real estate/construction business
∎ Computer literacy: MS office application, Email and Internet
