Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ M.B.A in Accounting from any reputed University.
∎ CA (CC) Qualified will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed by using Tally ERP Software.
∎ Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
∎ Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, General Ledger, Party Payment Registers, and Employees Register.
∎ Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
∎ Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to management for performance improvements.
∎ Generate financial reports and statements Monthly, Half Yearly and Yearly to Management for review.
∎ Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
∎ Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues, and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
∎ Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
∎ Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
∎ Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
∎ Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
∎ Consulting with Tax lawyer and Preparation of Audit File with Necessary Document of Submit Company Return as well as Directors Tax Return within the deadline.
∎ Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, MS Office suites, Tally ERP 9
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Accounts, Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/Accounts, Skilled on Vat and Tax
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ 5 (Five) or more years of experience in a Managerial Position of Accounts Department.
∎ Having Knowledge about Accounting Software like Tally/ERP etc.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, Internet Browsing.
∎ Ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment and under pressure.
∎ Reasonable oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Probationary Period: 3 months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per the salary structure of the organization.
∎
∎ After confirmation as permanent staff, he will have entitled two festival bonuses, Welfare facilities, and other benefits as per organization policy
