Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accountant, Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Importer, Trading or Export/Import, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor general ledger, bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records;
∎ Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports;
∎ Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts;
∎ Monitor and manage the month-end accounting processes;
∎ Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions;
∎ Create management tools that effectively monitor accounting processes;
∎ Manage budgets for departments, projects and grants;
∎ Monitor month-end reports, schedules, payments and receipts;
∎ Manage payroll and other related issues;
∎ Maintain, update and monitor inventory records; ·
∎ Ensure compliance of all accounting processes to that of the organization's goals;
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company law, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as Accounts Manager;
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office;
∎ Good knowledge of Accounting software and databases.
