Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Professional certificates related with Finance & Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition for respective companies.
∎ Operate Bank & Financial activities.
∎ Book provisions and make adjustment entries
∎ Ensure monthly Production of accurate and reliable financial statements and management reports
∎ Analyze PnL, cash flow and Balance Sheets monthly to ensure reliable financial statements
∎ Perform cost analysis and cost accounting
∎ Reconciliation of monthly consolidated accounts
∎ Validate Payroll to pay remunerations on time
∎ Validate appropriate calculation & on time submission of Tax, VAT & regulatory charges and ensure statutory reporting are done on time
∎ Ensure optimal cash flow to ensure minimum float
∎ Develop, implement and update accounting systems
∎ Implement SOPs, policies and processes to ensure compliance
∎ Ensure corporate governance and compliance is met throughout the group
∎ Ensuring archiving and filing of financial documents and challans are done regularly and properly
∎ Prepare regulatory documents in managing and declaring financials to regulatory authorities and central bank
∎ Deal with BIDA on various issues of branches/ work permits and new investment related matters.
∎ Train successors and junior teammates on technical and functional skills
∎ Propose self-development plans & training requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
∎ Expert knowledge in building different financial models in order to evaluate various financial plans
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge around banking products and laws of Central Bank (Bangladesh Bank)
∎ Experience and knowledge around working of BIDA
∎ Understanding of the government schemes on new investment
∎ Demonstrable understanding of business needs, quick adaptation to change management, problem solving mindset, strong analytical thinking
∎ A dynamic, high-energy leader and a good team player
∎ Should come across as a seasoned professional who has the desired stature to lead a large team of performers

Salary: Negotiable
