Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accountant, Finance, OTA
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for program and for the organization.
∎ Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.
∎ Monitor the expenditures to ensure that program funds are utilized appropriately by the close of the fiscal year.
∎ Provide financial inputs for logistics, travel and other areas of administration.
∎ Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity based project budgets as well as Monthly and quarterly financial reports.
∎ Help the manager do account related activities.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
∎ Know principles of security related to financial activities and laws
∎ A high level of accuracy and the ability to keep detailed file notes
∎ Time-management abilities & reporting skills
