∎ Age 22 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain & prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts.
∎ Soler Power project Accounts activity Preparing, Maintaining & Entering bank related transactions.
∎ Preparing and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
∎ Day To Day accounts update and Cash and Bank transaction .
∎ Properly Maintanance Accounts Receivable and Payable ledger and deduct TDS and VDS as per govt. rules.
∎ Explain billing invoice and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
∎ Interact with internal Auditors. Stock register maintenance & stock analysis.
∎ Strong and proficient in use of MS office and working experience in accounting software environment.
∎ Knowledge in commercial side, especially in L/C related function will be treated as an additional qualification.
∎ Data Entry to System Perform any other task given by the Management.
