Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vendor Management – Maintain vendor accounts, process payments, and ensure timely reconciliations.
∎ Credit Card Ledger Maintenance – Track and update company credit card transactions.
∎ Money Receipt Handling – Ensure proper documentation and recording of received payments.
∎ VAT & TAX Expertise – Maintain compliance with VAT/TAX regulations and assist in tax-related activities.
∎ Invoice Creation – Prepare and process invoices accurately and timely.
∎ Ledger Maintenance – Manage and update various ledgers efficiently.
