Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To formulate the Financial Strategy time to time.
∎ To prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by the management.
∎ To monitor the Receivable & Payable status of relevant entities time to time.
∎ To ensure appropriate accounting posting as posted by each accounting team.
∎ To establish control over Fixed Assets and ensure Appropriate Fixed Assets Register in context of Financial Accounting.
∎ To coordinate with other departments regarding all financial matter of the Company.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the management time to time
∎ Prepare periodical Reconciliation Report; monitor reconciliations for core business areas and ensure these are done in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Maintain all books of accounts, register, ledger etc. following accounting standard and accounting principles and policies of the organization.
∎ Pass petty cash transactions and prepare various vouchers and arrange cheque for payment.
∎ Making Monthly salary sheet for all portfolio of the company.
∎ Maintain cash book, bank book and ledger book.
∎ File and documents official receipts of all vendor invoices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Accounting Software, cash management, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management,
∎ Typing Skill both Bengali & English.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Finance & Management.
∎ Computer knowledge is must, skilled in Ms Office, MS Excel.
∎ Should have very good interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Candidate must have good command in English & Bengali.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
