Educational Requirements:
∎ BBS/ BBA/ Masters/ MBA in Accounting or other relevant subjects from any reputed University
∎ Studying a professional qualification (ICAB, ACCA, CIMA, ICMAB) preferably atleast the 2nd level.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Administrative, billing process, cash management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain day to day accounts
∎ Prepare and disburse monthly payroll
∎ Prepare and disburse weekly disbursements to suppliers
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded properly
∎ Maintain and update balance of cash book and bank book
∎ Deposit cash at the bank
∎ Keep safe custody of cash, Cheque and other important documents
∎ Prepare bill/vouchers
∎ Update accounting records
∎ Prepare monthly income and expenditures statement
∎ Report to manager regarding all financial statements
∎ Prepare financial budget forecast using excel
∎ Prepare and file VAT and Income Tax
∎ Support administrative work
∎ Communicate with Cooks and Diners regarding payments
∎ Other tasks as required by line-manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Quick at calculations
∎ Excel proficiency
∎ Diligent and focused worker
∎ Knowledgeable about Income and VAT Tax Regulations
∎ Very proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Docs
∎ Able to multitask
∎ Problem solving mentality
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
