Job Context:
∎ Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to summarize an organization`s financial position.
∎ Ensuring financial compliance with laws and regulations, such as tax laws and others rules.
∎ Recording financial transactions, such as purchases, sales, and payments, in a general ledger or accounting software.
∎ Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, such as cost reduction opportunities.
∎ Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
∎ Providing financial guidance to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
∎ Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure financial processes are aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Communicating financial information to stakeholders, such as investors and auditors.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess a degree in accounting or a related field. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance will be an added advantage.
∎ Technical Skills: The candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, as well as an understanding of farm financial management software. They should also have experience with accounting software and databases.
∎ Engineering farm Knowledge: The candidate should have knowledge of the engineering sector
∎ Communication Skills: The candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to be able to communicate with other departments and external stakeholders such as engineers, Supervisior, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Analytical Skills: The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail, to be able to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and prepare financial reports.
∎ Relevant Experience: The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Engineering farm accounting or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 45000 (Monthly)
