Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that the construction site is in compliance with all environmental regulations and requirements.
∎ Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of the project from start to finish, including managing budgets, schedules, and personnel.
∎ Ensuring that the project is built to the required standards and specifications, and that all work meets safety and quality requirements.
∎ Creating and implementing safety plans and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
∎ Collaborating with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project runs smoothly and meets all requirements.
∎ Providing technical expertise and problem-solving skills throughout the construction process, including identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction.
∎ Keeping detailed records of the project's progress, including budgets, schedules, and any issues or changes that arise, and reporting to the project manager and other stakeholders as necessary.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Living place & Transportation facility will provide by company based on project. Lunch Facilities depend on circumstances.

Moreover should know about BOQ preparing, invoice preparing, cost control, understand drawing & design, capable to speak in English.Auto cad, Photoshop, illustrator, documentation skill and logistic support known will be added as additional advantage.
