∎ Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and basic ERP systems
∎ Knowledge of VAT, local tax laws, and project-based accounting

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record daily transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP)
∎ Maintain ledgers, journals, and petty cash
∎ Prepare and post journal vouchers
∎ Process vendor/subcontractor payments
∎ Verify invoices, POs, and work completion
∎ Prepare bills for clients and follow up on collections
∎ Monitor and reconcile site expenses
∎ Coordinate with site teams for accurate cost recording
∎ Support material and labor cost reports
∎ Manage bank deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
∎ Monitor cash flow and fund availability
∎ Prepare monthly financial reports
∎ Assist in VAT/tax filing and audits
∎ Maintain records as per company and legal requirements
