Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Cost & Management Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ IELTS Certificate, MS Office Course Certificate.
∎ International Islamic University, Chittagong,National University,Jagannath University,University of Science and Technology, Chittagong,University of Chittagong students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Any courses on accounting, commercial and supply chain would give a preference in Interview.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Its a full time job.
∎ Office location is Sugondha R/A Chattogram but sometimes candidate should work from Dhaka office at a temporary basis like 15 or 30 days.
∎ Only males are encouraged to apply.
∎ Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
∎ Should be proficient in English. English knowledge would be tested during an interview session.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting Accounts Manager in his daily activities like daily expenditure noting down, payable sheet maintaining, A to Z all accounts related issues.
∎ Follow up with accounts receivable ( bills with customers ), payable etc.
∎ Regularly carry on tender related jobs with banks.
∎ Submit offers to customers and follow up offers status with them.
∎ Accomplish all imported related issues with foreign suppliers, our foreign offices, local freight forwarders, courier agencies etc.
∎ Arranging materials booking in the name of customers and remain watchful on bill submission, payment collection from end users.
∎ Meeting high official of banks for several business issues occasionally.
∎ Should be able to visit customers for business purpose in any area of Bangladesh within 02 days notice ( company would bear all travel costs ) from high official.
∎ Should open Letter of Credit, LCA etc for importing purpose.
∎ Be able to accept LC from foreign countries to export.
∎ Exporting documents preparation ( Invoice, Packing List and many more ).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary would be reviewed after 06 months provisional period.
Every year salary increment will be provided.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
