Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accounts as per the organizational guideline.
∎ Meet compliances related to Govt. VAT and Taxes of the organization.
∎ Maintain HR and Admin related tasks assigned by the Country Director.
∎ Record financial data in "QuickBooks" and prepare monthly report for CD.
∎ Maintain Bank Accounts and it's related registers and data.
∎ Maintain Books of Accounts, various registers, and keep them updated.
∎ Must visit a field area at least once in a month.
∎ Have the willingness to work as a team and help each other.
∎ Undertake any other task (s), assigned by the Country Director for the benefit of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum (2-5) years' experience (Preferably in NGO Sector)
∎ Strong analytical, facilitation and team building skills;
∎ Skills in operation and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and "QuickBooks" accounting software.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Flexible, proactive, and capable of meeting the deadline(s) of assignment(s).
∎ Able to perform multitasking, prioritize assignments, etc.

Salary: Negotiable
