∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Tax (VAT Customs Duty Income Ta, VAT rules, Commercial
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
VAT rules, Accounting, Accounting Software, Commercial/ Export-Import, Industrial IRC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to Maintain all kinds of financial records like; Ledger, Bank Book, Cash Book, voucher entry, Daily Statement etc.
∎ Need to Prepare Financial Statements According to BAS.
∎ Balance Sheet
∎ Profit & Loss Accounts
∎ Cash flow Statements
∎ Need to Prepare financial statement monthly, quarterly, yearly and half yearly.
∎ Well conversant in Accounting System & Standard also Experience & skill to using accounting software.
∎ Need to Prepare monthly and yearly Budget and variance analysis.
∎ Bank loan and work order financing.
∎ Preparation bank reconciliation with bank book and bank statements.
∎ Need to supervise factory local purchases and procurement process.
∎ Vendor bill checking and bill/challan verification.
∎ Good knowledge about inventory statements, fixed asset management, A/P and A/R.
∎ Prepare monthly debtor list/collection statement and knock to sales persons.
∎ Good knowledge about VAT and Tax related works.
∎ Tax and VAT return submission (Personal & Company).
∎ Proper calculation of VAT & TDS from suppliers bill & deposited to Govt. Treasury
∎ Reconciliation VAT current accounts
∎ Tax and VAT rebate challan collection from customer and submit to authority.
∎ Make report for managing Director or board of Directors on Financial and budget matters.
∎ Supervision work of internal audit department & Need to monitor financial process and internal control system.
∎ Salary preparation and payment with Petty cash management.
∎ Undertake accounting task & responsibilities assign by management.
∎ Work Order Issue to Suppliers
∎ Calculation of International Payment Recharge Service (IPRS)
∎ Work Order financing from Bank Or Financial Institutions
∎ To prepare Commercial documents for Import & Export.
∎ Handling L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
∎ Prepare Shipment Advice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Detail Packing List.
∎ Knowledgeable in BL, GSP, CO, UD & UD Amendment
∎ Export Procedure & Registration.
∎ Checking & Advising of Export L/C, EPC.
∎ Prepare of Export Documents and Negotiation of Export Documents.
∎ Negotiates for Commission and Realization thereof; Duties and Taxes for importable Products in the light of latest Changes in National Budget.
∎ Functions of C & F Agents and Handling F & F Agencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on VAT and Tax related works also Handling L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
