Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Remedium Enterprise is a fast-growing trading company, supplying UV Printing Ink, Machineries & Accessories, Blankets, UV Lamp, and all other printing consumables in Bangladesh is seeking an accountant who has a good command in accounting field.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements which will consist cash flow, income statement and balance sheet.

  • Prepare and present sales, collection, and Payable-Receivable report in the weekly meeting along with reconciliation of customers and banks.

  • Work on Tally Software to update on bank transaction, AIT/ VAT, Customer invoices, due aging, reconciliation, etc.

  • Prepare monthly budget for operation and monitor & control the cost in accordance with budget.

  • Manage the prompt and accurate data entry of purchase pricing, promotions, costing, and depletion information, issuing credit notes for returned goods, daily expenses.

  • Communicate with Sales Management to understand and execute company’s strategies.

  • Developing cost standards for materials and labour.

  • Designing and implementing cost accounting systems

  • Oversee monthly physical inventory.

  • Maintain and prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Musuk 6.3, 6.6 etc. Cash Book, Cheque Register, Bill Register, etc.

  • Record all the expenses in separate google sheets for every project that is on board now.

  • Filling all the invoices for different companies, in the drive`s folder accordingly by matching them with the sheets.

  • Record all the payment transactions by providing exact details.

  • Maintain monthly and quarterly stock records

  • Submit the tax, VAT retrun to NBR and also pay to the bank & update record in Tally accordingly.

  • Assist our CA and work synchronising, adhere to all governmental compliances & keep all records updated.
