Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master Degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Daily Cash Book, General Ledger, Daily Ledger and others books of Accounts in accounting software and written book.
∎ All vouchers are prepared in professional manners with all needed supporting documents and have approvals from the proper authority.
∎ To prepare Daily Reports like Daily Cash Flow, Fund Position, Creditors Report and update daily to the management.
∎ All bills are received and or collected for timely payment.
∎ Preparation of payment schedule for monthly Salary & TA-DA to ensure disbursement to employee through cash/bank.
∎ Ensure timely preparation of Bank Payment, Receipt and journal voucher , Bank Letter etc.
∎ To prepare Monthly Budget/Cash Flow, Monthly Management Report , Balance Sheet , Project Bill Collection as per requirement for Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Efficiency in letter drafting.
∎ Positive attitude to learn and perform.
∎ Both males and females are requested to apply
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Presentable appearance and good personality.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer operations / MS office.
∎ Smartness, energy, patience and confidence to take up challenges.
∎ Ability to handle work pressure.
