∎ At least 2~ 5 years practical experience for preparing Corporate Accounts, Audit, Banking etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Maintaining accounts using ERP such as Talley, SEP, Oracle Based Software Systems.
∎ 2. Monitor Cash Handling and Bank Deposits according to Sale & Purchase of different Operational Sites.
∎ 3. Monitor the BOQ & Prepare Requisition, Work & Purchase Order, Procurement and Purchase.
∎ 4. Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance and Final Accounts updated on the Software Systems, Audit, Self-Assessment, Taxes, Vat and related activities.
∎ 5. Deal with Banks regarding to Finance and do Financial Planning accordingly.
∎ 6. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
∎ 7. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
∎ 8. Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and propose solutions to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
