∎ Understanding of food and beverage trends and industry best practices.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service, food quality, and cleanliness. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies. Schedule and supervise staff shifts, including servers, kitchen staff, and other support personnel. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
∎ 2.Financial Management:
∎ Create and manage budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures.Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Control expenses, such as labor and food costs, while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Staff Development and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among staff members. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development.
∎ 3.Health and Safety Compliance:
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards. Implement and enforce proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food safety. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises to identify and address any potential hazards or safety concerns. Train staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers. Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the restaurant's reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. Interact with guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations and resolve any issues or complaints. Solicit customer feedback and use it to make improvements to service, menu offerings, and overall guest satisfaction. Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, such as loyalty programs or special promotions.
