Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keeping accounts of annual renewal fees, membership fees and other collections from BARVIDA members.
∎ Prepares reports as required by management.
∎ Prepares staff monthly salaries, including overtime and bonus’
∎ Arranges annual audit, tax returns, DTO, RJSC and trade license renewals etc.
∎ Keeps records of deposits and withdrawals from all bank accounts.
∎ Maintains petty cash register, Cash Book, Ledger Book, with clarity.
∎ Keeping company accounts through ERP.
∎ Prepare budget, internal, External audit & Balance Sheet.
∎ Perform any other task assign by the management.
∎ Duties & Responsibilities:
