Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in academic coordination, teaching, or educational management (preferably in an online education environment).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in online teaching tools, LMS (Learning Management System), MS Office, and Google Workspace.

• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and Bangla.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team of teachers and coordinate cross-functional academic activities.

• Organizational Skills: Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Analytical Skills: Capability to monitor and analyze academic performance data to improve learning outcomes.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with teachers, students, and parents.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving online education environment.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and academically strong Academic Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and quality assurance of our academic programs. The ideal candidate will manage teachers, monitor academic standards, and ensure the continuous improvement of course delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee academic programs and schedules.

• Supervise teachers and provide academic guidance to ensure effective class delivery.

• Develop and review lesson plans, assessments, and academic content.

• Conduct regular teacher training and performance evaluations.

• Monitor student progress and ensure academic consistency across all courses.

• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and management to resolve academic issues.

• Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance data.

• Ensure adherence to Mojaru’s academic policies and quality standards.

• Assist management in designing new programs and improving existing curricula.
