Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Proven track record in educational coordination (EdTech preferred).

• Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.

• Ability to manage a team of teachers and coordinate cross-functional academic activities.

• Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Capability to monitor and analyze academic performance data to improve learning outcomes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving online education environment.

Responsibilities & Context:

Lead and coordinate academic programs across all courses.

Develop and oversee curriculum implementation to ensure engaging and age-appropriate learning.

Supervise and mentor teaching staff, monitoring performance and ensuring teaching standards.

Track student progress and provide insightful performance reports to management.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic updates.

Maintain quality assurance through classroom observation and teaching review.

Collaborate with marketing and enrollment teams to support growth initiatives.

Prepare and present regular academic reports to senior management.
