Job Responsibilities:
∎ Class visit and reporting teachers task in a regular basis
∎ Academic Calendar & Routine making and updating
∎ Contacting with parents and teachers regarding students' academic issues
∎ Managing meeting details of all department weekly meetings.
∎ Monthly class test related routine making
∎ Exam routine and time table making
∎ Checking and formatting question papers of both class test and term final exam
∎ Working as an exam committee member in term final exams.
∎ Set up appointments with parents/students regarding academic issues with Principal, Vice Principal and Teachers
∎ Monitoring Students Performance Records with Academic support members
∎ Any academic tasks assigned by school authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Honest, ethical and well mannered
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Punctual and able to stick to deadlines
