Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to take the challenge of teaching in innovative ways to ensure the quality of education.
∎ We are looking for inspiring instructors who enjoy playing with children to conduct our lessons.
∎ Ensuring that students are actually engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
∎ Arrange monthly meetings; assist with events, parents, Course instructor meeting or any other program organized by the Center.
∎ Plan and prepare teaching materials and learning aids.
∎ Self-motivated, organized & responsible.
∎ Carry out progress monitoring and evaluation of the children.
∎ Build and maintain good rapport with children and parents.
∎ Always Maintain Mastermind Abacus Center Standards and upkeep the Center premises.
∎ Provide quality Service to ensure the positive experience and should have the motivational capability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Having 1 or more years of teaching experience.
∎ We prefer the candidates who are goal oriented and can handle jobs under pressure.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Presentation skills.
∎ Possess a strong Passion for teaching young children. Only for those serious in imparting. knowledge to children of our future.
∎ Outstanding communication skill will always get preference just after the merit.
