Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Uttara R/A, Dhaka
∎ Working Hours: 10:00 am to 06:00 pm (6 Days/Week)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of conducting Online and Offline classes.
∎ You have to take the challenge of Online teaching in innovative ways to ensure the quality of education.
∎ We are looking for inspiring instructors who enjoy playing with children to conduct our lessons.
∎ Coordinating with the administration to create education plans for the students
∎ Meeting with parents to discuss the goals and needs of students in their program.
∎ Meet with other Mastermind staff to create grade-appropriate lesson plans.
∎ Attend staff meetings, training, performances, presentations, etc. as required.
∎ Strong interest in teaching Math and genuine love for children.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as determined.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 42 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bengali & English.
∎ Possess a strong passion for teaching young children. Only for those serious about imparting knowledge to children of our future.
∎ Sitting in on the classes of other Teachers in an observational role.
∎ Using information from observations to help other teachers grow by noting ineffective areas and sharing alternative methods that are more successful.
∎ Tracking the academic performance of students for signs of progress.
∎ Willingness to learn and commitment to work for the long term.
∎ Able to work on Friday and Saturday.
∎ Applicants who live near Uttara should apply only.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 25000 (Monthly)
