Efficient file management and project documentation.
Time management for urgent delivery of renders.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings for interior and exterior projects.
- Develop accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to achieve life-like visuals.
- Produce fast renders without compromising on quality, meeting urgent deadlines.
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design concepts.
- Incorporate client feedback quickly into updated 3D visuals.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure final renders reflect approved concepts accurately.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Prioritize urgent project renders as directed by management.
- Create 3D walkthrough animations for major projects when required.
- Prepare presentation boards and visual content for client meetings.
- Ensure visual outputs are in formats compatible with various presentation tools.
- Ensure all 3D visuals are delivered with high detail, correct scale, and realistic finishes.
- Use industry-standard software
