Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong portfolio in modeling, texturing, and rendering (product-focused is a plus)
∎ Must have working expertise on 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator
∎ You should have knowledge of Zbrush, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Marvelous Designer, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. (Other tools are a bonus)
∎ Leadership/management experience in a studio or agency
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities smoothly
∎ Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, guide, and mentor the 3D team (modeling, texturing, rendering)
∎ Manage project pipelines, deadlines, and quality control
∎ Collaborate with project managers and clients to align goals
∎ Handle task assignment, progress tracking, and performance feedback
∎ Participate in production as a senior artist when needed
∎ Ensure consistent visual quality and technical standards
∎ Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges
