Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze customer’s profile, tech pack, new developments and production.
∎ Research current fashion trends & Create mood board/color board/ accessories board for all categories.
∎ Determine what we can offer to our customers within our factory’s capability.
∎ Create 3D samples for customers.
∎ Prepare mood boards, product ranges and design proposal.
∎ Prepare tech packs/artworks for samples.
∎ Develop 3D CLO sample for buyer and own development.
∎ Prepare 4A capability presentation for all season.
∎ Identify and develop seasonal collection with right material, trims and embellishments.
∎ Check tests/dummy samples with technical team.
∎ Select fabrics/accessories for each sample.
∎ Make graphics for own development if needed any styles.
∎ Ensure to keep on doing customer works/graphics work for buyer.
∎ Buying fabrics/accessories from local market & fabric supplier's office.
∎ Prepare mood board/product range/tech packs from buyer’s end.
∎ Ensure to work with accessories dept. to develop any new accessories/trims and to use in house stocks.
∎ Seat with all category head to share ideas and take their opinion.
∎ Receive feedback from customers, merchandisers and different departments for improvement.
∎ Ensure seasonal presentation meeting to present all category head.
∎ Organize archive room / display center/ Innovation room with different categories and seasons.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be creative
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Excellent knowledge in CLO 3D
