Responsibilities & Context: What You’ll Do: Perform expert-level YouTube SEO (Title, Description, Tags, Keywords, Metadata) Conduct high-ranking, low-competition keyword research Optimize videos for Search, Suggested, and Browse features Provide high-retention thumbnail ideas (CTR-focused, curiosity-driven) Analyze competitors and reverse-engineer winning strategies Improve watch time, audience retention, and CTR Collaborate with the content strategy team (long-form documentary videos) Requirements: Proven experience in ranking YouTube videos (Portfolio / Results required) Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm and analytics Ability to generate scroll-stopping thumbnail ideas (No need to design, but must provide clear concepts that drive clicks) Deep understanding of title + thumbnail psychology Experience with explainer/documentary-style channels is a plus Data-driven mindset, creative thinking, and up-to-date with YouTube trends Only apply if you can deliver real growth Position Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable based on expertise) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
