∎ Proficient in performing clinical laboratory tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.)
∎ Skilled in sample collection, handling, and preservation techniques
∎ Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control protocols
∎ Experienced in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments (e.g., Auto Analyzer, Microscope, Centrifuge)
∎ Ability to detect abnormalities in test results and report critical values promptly
∎ Familiar with quality control procedures and documentation
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in test result interpretation
∎ Good communication and coordination skills with doctors and nursing staff
∎ Capable of working in a team and managing workload under pressure
∎ Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform accurate analysis of blood, urine, stool, and other biological samples
∎ Prepare and deliver laboratory reports on time
∎ Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly
∎ Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly
∎ Assist physicians by providing reliable test results and technical explanations when needed
∎ Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of patient information
