∎ শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: এসএসসি/দাখিল (বিজ্ঞান) সার্টিফিকেট অথবা ওয়েল্ডিং এন্ড ফেব্রিকেসন বিষয়ে এসএসসি/দাখিল (ভকেশনাল) সার্টিফিকেট থাকতে হবে।
∎ অভিজ্ঞতা: সকল ধরনের গ্যাস ওয়েল্ডিং এন্ড আর্ক ওয়েল্ডিং কাজে ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। ওয়েল্ডিং কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা সনদ থাকা আবশ্যক। ওয়েল্ডিং ট্রেডে ভোকেশনাল সনদ প্রাপ্তদের অভিজ্ঞতার প্রয়োজন নেই।
∎ বয়সঃ ১৮ থেকে ৪০ বছর।
∎ বেনেফিট/ শুবিধাঃ মূল বেতন, কমিশন (দক্ষতা অনুযায়ী মাসে ২০,০০০ টাকা থেকে ৫০,০০০ টাকা কমিশন পাওয়া যায় ), থাকা ফ্রি।
